Cancellation Policy

At ML Scuba, we understand that unexpected circumstances may affect your travel plans. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our guests while also accounting for the advance planning and arrangements required to operate our trips.

1. Guest-Initiated Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to departure: Full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to departure: Refund of 50% of the total trip cost.

  • Cancellations made one week or less prior to departure: No refund will be issued.

Please note: Deposits are non-refundable.

2. No-Shows

Guests who fail to show up for their trip without notice will not receive a refund or credit.

3. Company-Initiated Cancellations

If ML Scuba must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient enrollment):

  • Guests will receive a full refund, or

  • Guests may choose to transfer their payment as credit toward a future trip.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as illness, injury, natural disasters, or other disruptions.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), refunds may not be possible. Instead, guests will be offered a credit or rescheduled trip option.
